AC Utility Pads

The AC Utility Pad is ideal for air conditioners and great for other equipment as well. Depending upon the size, the pad can easily be used for outdoor hot water tanks, gas propane tanks and any number of other pieces of equipment.

All of our AC Utility Pads are made using 5000 PSI concrete, and are also reinforced with a #3 rebar frame inserted inside the perimeter of the pad to maximize strength.
